A Bit About Munich

Here's a quick video full of iconic images of Munich and some basic history and facts about this fair city:

1.  (Up top) This is where we live, in the Milbertshofen borough of the city.  The jumble of colors in the bottom middle portion of the image is the city center.  The green swath to the right of center is the English Garden.

2.  (Far left) Grace was born at a clinic somewhere over here.

3.  (On the right) This is where we lived the last time we were here, in Arabellapark, in the Bogenhausen borough.

Okay, so my skills on this little paint program are not quite sufficient, but the #1 has an arrow pointing to the right near the bottom of the image.  That's where we live.  The arrow next to it, pointing up (#2) is pointing directly to the kids' school.  It's only about 500 meters or so around the block.  Number 3 is at the top of the image (under "Am Hart") and that's where Hayne works.  He often rids his bike up the greenway to and from work.  On the right is #4, and it's marking the northern portion of the English Garden.

Okay, so the girls have a birthday party to attend tonight (which means I have a date with a particularly good looking little boy to go on a shopping excursion), and I've gotta get these presents wrapped!  Caio!
