Saturday morning and we were up at 6:30 yet again. But we made the most of it. Hayne sold our washer/dryer to a friend and delivered it this morning while the rest of us sat at a nice cafe and enjoyed our vanilleschnecken (rolled up like cinnamon buns without any cinnamon) and croissants. Mmmm yummy!
We had what are likely our final goodbyes with all of our neighbors (not only our house-mates) and went up to Hohenkammer for a cookout with the Spielvogels. The kids all finally got settled in bed at ... eleven o'clock! Even though we have the greatest surprise for the kids tomorrow - another trip to Maerchenwald - it's gonna be a long day. The girls have been begging for this trip since we went last August(?) So tomorrow's the day :)
